We are looking for a high performing Associate Environmental Engineer / Scientist to join our Contaminated Land team in Melbourne. The role involves leading and delivering projects to major clients, including waste management companies and councils, providing technical and project management expertise.

Responsibilities:

- Managing projects from inception to completion.
- Authoring high-quality technical reports independently or with team support.
- Supporting other projects within the Contaminated Land sector and the wider business.
- Coordinating and overseeing fieldwork programs.
- Liaising with clients, Environmental Auditors,



and subcontractors.
- Supervising and mentoring junior staff.

About You:

- Tertiary qualification in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years’ relevant experience with specialist knowledge in Contaminated Land.
- Project management and client relationship skills.
- Strong technical report writing abilities.
- Knowledge of local, state, and national environmental standards.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Health and safety leadership and compliance expertise.
