This role sits at the heart of the transformation agenda, shaping how the business plans, allocates and grows its concessions network for the next phase of its evolution. You will partner directly with senior leadership to build the strategic and commercial framework that underpins concession performance nationally.

The Opportunity

- Lead planning and strategy for the concessions portfolio, partnering closely with merchandise, retail operations and finance leadership
- Play a lead role in a major business transformation program, shaping the future operating model for concessions
- Build and embed planning frameworks, forecasting models and commercial strategy to drive concession productivity and growth
- Work directly with senior stakeholders and brand partners to align commercial objectives and improve concession performance
- Influence decision making at the highest level during a period of significant change and investment

About You





- Proven leadership experience in planning, strategy or commercial roles within retail, ideally with exposure to concessions, department stores or multi-brand environments
- A strategic thinker who is equally comfortable rolling up their sleeves and driving execution
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the credibility to influence at senior and executive level
- Experience navigating or leading through significant organisational change or transformation
- Commercially astute, analytical and confident using data to drive decisions and influence strategy
