Greenform Carpentry | Melbourne – South East

Greenform Carpentry is looking for a motivated 1st Year Carpentry Apprentice to join our growing team.

We work across a range of quality residential construction projects throughout Melbourne, including custom homes, renovations and extensions. This is a outstanding opportunity for someone looking to build a career in carpentry, learn from experienced tradespeople and gain hands-on experience across all stages of residential construction.

About the Role

As a 1st Year Carpentry Apprentice, you will work alongside our experienced carpentry team and learn all aspects of residential carpentry.

Your apprenticeship will include hands-on experience in:

- Wall and roof framing
- Lock-up carpentry
- Fixing and final fit carpentry
- External cladding
- Renovations and extensions
- Custom residential construction
- Reading plans and working from construction drawings
- Safe use of tools and equipment

If you are not already registered as an apprentice, you will be formally signed up through MEGT to complete your carpentry apprenticeship and Certificate III in Carpentry.

About You

We are looking for someone who:

- Is genuinely interested in building a career in carpentry




- Is reliable, punctual and willing to learn
- Has a strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Is comfortable working as part of a team
- Takes pride in their work
- Is willing to listen, learn and follow instructions
- Holds a current driver's licence and has reliable transport
- Has completed or is currently completing a carpentry pre-apprenticeship (preferred but not essential)

Previous carpentry experience is not essential. Attitude, reliability and a genuine willingness to learn are most important to us.
