Medical Laboratory Technician Grade 1 – Anatomical Pathology
Location: Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre, Melbourne (On-Site)
Employment Type: Casual (until April 2027) - up to 40 Hours per Week, working shifts between the hours of 5am to 6pm, Monday to Friday.

We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Laboratory Technician to join our Anatomical Pathology team. This role plays a pivotal part in preparing human tissue samples for histological diagnosis, contributing directly to high-quality cancer care.
As part of our dedicated pathology team, you will gain experience across a wide range of techniques, including:
- Embedding, microtomy, and handout
- Assisting in the Cut‑Up Room
- Molecular pathology
- Frozen section preparation
- Cytology preparation
- Special staining techniques
