We’re looking for a reliable and detail‑focused Dispensary Technician to join our team at Chemist Discount Centre Berwick, part of the Prime Pharmacy Group, a growing network of 22 community pharmacies.

About the role

As a Dispensary Technician, you’ll play an important role in supporting our pharmacists and helping the dispensary run safely, smoothly and efficiently. You’ll be part of a supportive, team‑focused pharmacy that values care, accuracy and great patient service.

Key responsibilities include:

- Supporting pharmacists with dispensing and prescription processing
- Generating dispensing labels and managing associated paperwork
- Supporting stock management, ordering and maintenance
- Keeping the dispensary organised, clean and compliant
- Providing friendly, qualified service to customers




- Supporting day‑to‑day dispensary workflow and safety standards

About you

This role would suit someone who:

- Has previous experience as a dispensary technician (preferred)
- Is organised, accurate and detail‑focused
- Communicates well and enjoys working as part of a team
- Is reliable and comfortable working set weekday hours
- Takes pride in safe, high‑quality patient care
- Brings a positive and professional approach to work
