What You’ll Learn

- Structural steel installation
- Reading engineering and shop drawings
- Crane operations and lifting procedures
- Working safely at heights
- Rigging and safe lifting practices
- Site planning and organisation
- Quality workmanship
- Leadership and communication
- Running projects from start to finish

We’re Looking For Someone Who Is

- Reliable and turns up every day

- Physically fit and enjoys working outdoors
- Willing to learn and take direction




- Takes pride in producing quality work

Experience That Would Be Highly Regarded (But Not Essential)

- Structural steel installation
- Carpentry or timber framing
- House framing or structural framing experience
- ARC welding
- Fabrication or boilermaking
- Dogging or Rigging tickets
- EWP (Scissor Lift/Boom Lift)
- Working at Heights
- Experience working around cranesAbility to read engineering or shop drawings
- Current driver’s licence (MR or HR licence an advantage)
