ALH Hotels in Northern Sydney is seeking a hands-on Senior Assistant Manager who loves hospitality, creating moments for guests, and leading a team with energy and pride. You’ll be the face of the venue when the boss is away and ensure every shift delivers excellent service.

This role involves supporting the Publican, maintaining safety, coordinating stock and rostering, and guiding staff through busy periods. A current RSA, RCG and ARCG are required to meet state requirements.
