Our Graduate Program provides a group of ambitious and enthusiastic graduates a fantastic opportunity to join the fast paced and exciting world of food and beverage manufacturing!

What to Expect:

You will undertake a comprehensive 2-year rotational program with a focus on technical knowledge and skills, business acumen and personal development opportunities to prepare you for an exciting career.

You will work on day-to-day activities to support your immediate team, as well as engage in challenging and meaningful projects. You will be in a highly supportive and collaborative environment that promotes flexibility and a respectful and caring culture.

You will develop soft and hard skills, as well as gain the resources to cultivate a broad network, setting you up for success into the future. You will be offered a broad range of experiences through our diverse range of products and brand portfolio, so you can continue to grow and succeed.

Highlights:

- Three 8-month rotations providing in-depth experience across key business functions.

As a Finance Graduate you will:

- Support month-end close activities, including journals, accruals and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Support pricing reviews, promotional effectiveness and trade spend evaluation to help optimise revenue across brands and customers.
- Build understanding of product and manufacturing costs, including standard costs, waste and overheads.
- Partner with sales, marketing and supply chain teams to respond to finance queries and support decisions.
- Contribute to process improvement and automation projects using tools such as Excel and Power BI.
- Support pricing, promotion and new product evaluations.
- Learn and develop skills in SAP, advanced Excel, Power BI and Microsoft 365.
- Receive support from a dedicated buddy, rotation manager and graduate program champion.
