About the Role

We’re looking for a Psychologist, Counsellor, or allied health qualified to join our team in Melbourne’s South East Region.

You’ll deliver a mix of face‑to‑face and Telehealth mental health support to participants engaged in employment and vocational programs. The role includes both individual counselling and group‑based interventions, working with a diverse client group to support wellbeing and participation.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver one‑on‑one and group counselling sessions
- Provide support via in‑person and Telehealth delivery
- Develop and deliver practical, outcome‑focused interventions
- Maintain clear case notes and meet compliance requirements




- Work closely with employment services teams
- Connect participants with relevant community supports

About You

- AHPRA registered Psychologist or Provisional Psychologist
- Counsellors (PACFA or ACA) encouraged to apply
- Social Workers (AASW) also considered
- Experience in mental health, community, or employment settings
- Able to deliver structured interventions and build rapport quickly
- Strong communication and organisational skills
