Amaranta Grill & Bar is a modern, award-winning restaurant in Hobart’s CBD, known for its premium Indian-inspired cuisine, creative menus, and exceptional guest experience. We are now expanding our team to include a passionate Breakfast Café Chef to join our growing kitchen.

About the Role:

We’re looking for an experienced Breakfast Chef with strong café and short-order cooking experience to lead our breakfast service. You’ll work alongside a talented team to deliver quality,



consistent dishes and contribute to the smooth running of daily kitchen operations.

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 2 years’ experience as a breakfast or café chef

Strong skills in breakfast and brunch menu preparation (both classic and creative)

Ability to work independently and manage kitchen setup efficiently

Commitment to food quality, presentation, and hygiene standards

Positive attitude and reliability in a fast-paced environment
