About the role

King Truss is seeking an experienced Crane Truck Operator (HC Licensed) to join our team. You’ll be delivering frames, trusses, and building materials to residential job sites across the Sunshine Coast, Brisbane, and Wide Bay.

This is a hands-on role working with a well-maintained fleet, an organised yard, and a dispatch team that plans runs properly. Your loads are prepared, your day is structured, and you’ll be supported by a team that understands how key it is to get deliveries right.

Your responsibilities

- Operate crane trucks to safely deliver and place loads on site
- Conduct daily pre-starts and basic vehicle checks




- Secure loads in line with safety and compliance requirements
- Assist with loading and pulling orders when required
- Work closely with dispatch and yard teams to meet delivery schedules
- Represent King Truss professionally on site

What you’ll need

- Current HC Licence (essential)
- Truck-mounted crane ticket with solid operating experience
- Forklift licence (preferred)
- Experience delivering frames, trusses, or similar products (highly regarded)
- Strong understanding of load restraint and site safety
- Reliable, organised, and takes pride in their work
