Mosconi Restaurant has an exciting opportunity for a talented chef to join our kitchen team. We are an 80-seat European restaurant located on James Street, known for our focus on quality produce, seasonality, and a refined yet approachable dining experience.

What We’re Looking For

- Minimum 1+ years’ experience as a Chef de Partie
- Robust communication and organisational skills
- A commitment to maintaining kitchen operations and food safety standards
- Ability to prioritise and perform under pressure
- Availability to work nights and weekends
