We are based in Wyong and provide Supported Independent Living service to our clients. Our service area stretches from Gosford to Wyong on the Central Coast so you have an option close to home. Tasks & responsibilities

- Provide support to NDIS participants with mental health, Physical,



psychosocial and intellectual disabilities
- Assist with personal care, transportation and help with independent living skills
- Administer and document medication and follow health support plans
- Manage behavior triggers and escalation
- Ensure your safety and the safety of the participants
- Adequate Documentation and Reporting
- Assisting participants to attend medical and therapy appointments
- Engaging with participants in conversation and fun activities
- NDIS worker Screening Check and Police Check
- First aid/CPR
- NDIS orientation and induction modules completion
- Willingness to learn and provide quality support
- Available to fulfil a rotating roster including weekends and nights
- Experience in Disability or Aged Care Sector
