A role with unique responsibilities
As Patient Services Coordinator, you will be the first-person patients meet when they engage with our Southport clinic. With exceptional service, underpinned by compassion and attention to detail, you will directly enhance the patient experience.

This is a parental leave cover position, but don't let that deter you. The role offers a fantastic opportunity to expand your skills, gain valuable industry experience, and make a meaningful contribution within a supportive team setting.

Working across a rotating roster (Monday–Friday, 6:00am–5:00pm, plus rotating Saturdays 7.00am to 12.00pm), some of your key responsibilities will include:

- Delivering high-quality administrative support to patients and internal/external stakeholders
- Ensuring an outstanding patient experience at every interaction
- Managing patient appointments and clinic schedules
- Triaging incoming calls and emails
- Maintaining accurate patient data within management systems
- Preparing financial quotes and discussing treatment costs with patients
- Processing medical billing in line with clinic requirements

About You

We’re looking for someone who is caring, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Ideally, you will have:





- Experience handling a busy phone switchboard in a professional setting
- Knowledge of medical terminology (desirable)
- Excellent communication skills across all channels
- The ability to apply patient-centric principles: Empathy, Entrust, Engage, Empower, Expectation (5E’s)
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
- A collaborative approach and ability to work within a multi-disciplinary team
