The Role

We are looking for a highly experienced, customer focused, reliable and committed person to join our award-winning pest control service team in Brisbane. A customer serviceofficer at Trusted Pest Management is always willing to go above and beyond the customers’ expectations and work as part of a team.

To be successful in this role you must be:

- Experienced in providing customer-based solutions
- Able to work with a high attention to detail
- Committed to providing a high level of customer service
- Goal driven, proactive and motivated to succeed
- A team player with a positive attitude who is able to work autonomously
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite application
- Ability to manage concurrent projects and prioritise tasks in order to meet deadlines
- 2 years + experience in similar roles (Full time positions)
