Ocius Technology is seeking an IT Support Officer to provide on-site support across the organisation and ensure smooth IT operations for the Bluebottles fleet. You will work with stakeholders to resolve tickets and maintain a cloud-based M365 environment.
The role requires at least 2 years of help desk or IT support experience, in office support capability, and proficiency with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Ninja 1 (RMM), and NetSuite. Australian citizenship and NV1 clearance eligibility are required.
