We're partnering with an established and highly respected food and beverage manufaturer who is looking to appoint a
State Sales Manager
to lead their Victorian operation on an initial
12-month contract
.
With significant investment behind the business and ambitious growth plans, this role offers the prospect to make an immediate impact while positioning yourself for a long-term future.
Reporting to the Channel Manager and General Manager, you'll take ownership of the Victorian sales strategy, leading a small but high-performing sales and logistics team while developing key customer relationships across the
Foodservice, Hospitality and HORECA
channels.
This is a genuine hybrid leadership role, typically split between:
Working alongside your sales team in the field
Spending time in the office coaching,



planning and collaborating
Working from home with flexibility to manage your week

You'll be responsible for:
Leading, coaching and developing a high-performing Victorian sales team.
Driving profitable sales growth across Foodservice, Hospitality and HORECA.
Building strategic relationships with,key HORECA/Hospitality end-user customers
Identifying recent business opportunities while strengthening existing customer partnerships.
Working closely with internal logistics, customer service and operations teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
Developing state sales plans, budgets and forecasts.
