Minimum 2-3 years of landscaping experience is required for this position.
About the Role
You’ll work closely with our landscaping team and apprentices on high-quality residential and commercial projects across Melbourne. Your day-to-day will include:
- Carrying out all aspects of landscape construction
- Delivering excellent results in hardscaping, softscaping, and planting
- Coordinating materials, tools, and site logistics
- Reading and interpreting plans and project specifications
- Communicating clearly with clients, suppliers, and management
- Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard
What We’re Looking For
- Solid experience in landscaping
- Certificate III or IV in Landscaping/Horticulture (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of plants, construction methods, and materials
- Ability to work confidently from landscape plans and drawings
- Current driver’s licence & White Card
- Machinery tickets (Excavator/Bobcat) are a bonus, not essential
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable, motivated, and committed to quality workmanship
- Takes initiative and works well independently and in a team
- Valid work visa or Australian work authorisation required
