Mulgrave Country Club is seeking an experienced and skilled Qualified Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team.

As a Chef, you will play a vital role in preparing high-quality meals for our club members and guests. This is a casual position based at our club in Wheelers Hill.

What you’ll be doing:

Preparing a variety of delicious and visually appealing dishes from our diverse menu

Maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation and hygiene

Collaborating with the Kitchen Management Team to ensure efficient kitchen operations

Contributing to the development and implementation of new menu items

Adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations

What we’re looking for:

Previous experience as a Qualified Chef in a similar culinary role

Strong working knowledge of food safety

Experience in food preparation, cooking techniques and presentation

Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment

Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality meals

Effective communication and teamwork skills





Passion for the hospitality industry and a desire to provide an exceptional dining experience

Flexibility to evenings, weekends and public holidays
