Tasmanian Independent Retailers (TIR) is seeking an experienced Project & Change Manager to lead a two-year ERP transformation across multiple Tasmanian sites, including digital commerce and warehouse mobility. You will report to the CEO and steer governance, budget, and risk while ensuring adoption and smooth go-live rollout.

Ideal candidates bring end-to-end ERP implementation experience, robust PM and change management capability, and proven ability to engage executives and vendors.
