Head of Financial Reporting, Financial Services

The Company is seeking a Head of Financial Reporting to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and mentoring a financial reporting team, coordinating the preparation of various financial documents, and partnering with the Group CFO to provide strategic financial insights. This role requires a CA or CPA qualification, financial leadership experience within an ASX-listed financial services organization, and a comprehensive understanding of technical accounting standards. The Head of Financial Reporting will also be involved in the monthly ledger close, annual financial forecast, and will play a key role in the external financial audit process, with a focus on ensuring compliance and driving a proactive risk culture.Applicants for the Head of Financial Reporting position at the company should have a proven track record in leading and managing high-performance teams,



as well as direct experience with complex financial instruments and capital market frameworks.
