As a Truss Assembler, you will work as part of our production team to build prefabricated timber roof trusses, posi-strut and wall frames. This hands-on role suits someone who enjoys physical work, working in a team environment, and taking pride in producing high-quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities

- Assemble timber roof trusses, posi-strut and wall frames
- Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Measure, cut, and prepare materials with accuracy
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment
- Follow all OH&S; procedures and company guidelines
- Work collaboratively with the production team to meet daily targets

About You

- Experience in frame and truss assembly preferred but not essential
- Ability to read and interpret basic measurements
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labour
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious




- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Forklift licence or carpentry experience is an advantage (but not required)
