What you’ll be doing

- Foster relationships with clients within the construction, energy, and resources sectors across Dubbo and regional NSW.
- Communicate client needs to sourcing teams to ensure the right candidates are recruited for operational success.
- Visit clients and field employees on-site to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Conduct risk assessments for new clients and oversee incident management processes.
- Promote and demonstrate a strong commitment to safety through our 'Teaming up for Zero' safety culture.

What we’re looking for

- Previous experience in blue-collar workforce management, recruitment, or HR within construction or related industries.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive approach to client engagement and problem-solving.




- Ability to travel and visit client sites regularly.
- Commitment to safety and compliance standards.
