Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and support front-of-house staff during service
- Ensure smooth daily operations and excellent customer experiences
- Assist in training, inspiring, and mentoring team members
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards in Front of House

Requirements

- Previous experience in a supervisory role in hospitality
- Strong leadership and communication skills




- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-focused with a hands-on approach
- Must have RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol)
- Must have the valid visa to work in Australia
