Coordination of complex engagement or strategic initiatives with multiple stakeholders.

Excellent written communication, including briefs, reports, presentations and papers.

Support for governance bodies such as boards, committees, advisory panels or working groups.

Solid analysis, with the ability to turn complex information into practical recommendations.

Strong organisation, initiative and attention to detail, balancing strategy with delivery.

Interpersonal skills to influence and build alignment without direct authority.

VET, skills or workforce development experience is desirable but not essential.

About you

You connect people, priorities and ideas to improve engagement outcomes. You are comfortable with strategy, senior stakeholders and hands‑on delivery. You thrive in complex settings, follow through, and care about workforce and training outcomes for Australia’s essential industries.

You bring:

Political and stakeholder awareness across government, policy and industry.

Strong analytical and critical thinking, turning feedback into clear recommendations.

Excellent written and verbal communication for varied audiences.

Proven facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.

Ability to coordinate information and decisions across teams into action.
