About the role

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Service Receptionist to join our dynamic team at Bay City Auto Group in Frankston.

Monday-Friday 8.00am - 4.06pm

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist customers, attending to all queries, bookings and questions
- Schedule and coordinate service appointments to maximize workshop productivity
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain detailed records of all service and repair activities.

What we're looking for

- Minimum 12 months' experience as a Service Receptionist in the automotive industry is preferred but not essential, training will be provided to the right applicant.
- ERA/Pentana experience preferred but not mandatory
- Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with both customers and technicians
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities to handle multiple customer requests simultaneously
- Proficient in using computer-based automotive management and customer service systems
- A passion for the automotive industry and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
