What we’re looking for

- Proven experience estimating commercial construction projects from $1M to $15M
- Strong understanding of subcontractor scopes, trade packages, and market pricing
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tenders simultaneously
- Commercially sharp — you understand that margin matters as much as winning
- Construction industry software experience (Buildxact, Cubit, or similar)
