As Clinical Engagement administrator, you will be capable of supporting our clinicians and delivering operational and administrative functions and outstanding customer service to our patients and referrers. You will be committed to clinician and patient engagement and keen to work as part of a team to deliver outstanding mental health care.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver clinic administration and operations functions

Provide exceptional customer service.

- Schedule appointments and manage clinician calendars.

Handle patient and clinician scheduling, booking and billing across a range of health funding arrangements

- Coordinate referrals, recalls, and follow-up appointments.
- Order and manage office and clinical supplies.

Support compliance with healthcare policies, procedures, and appropriate standards.

Requirements include:

Previous experience in an allied health administration or health service operations role is ideal

- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- A commitment to teamwork.
- A professional, friendly, and compassionate approach.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and practice management software.
