Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee large-scale workplace design projects from
- Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams to develop innovative workplace solutions
- conception to completion
- Foster strong client relationships and support new business opportunities through industry networks
- Mentor and guide internal teams whilst nurturing a positive, high-performing culture
- Oversee project programming, resourcing and quality to ensure seamless execution
- Contribute to strategic planning, process improvement and studio-wide initiatives
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in workplace design or related fields, with a strong portfolio of successful projects
- Strong communication, stakeholder management and presentation abilities
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrated capability in leading teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Solid understanding of design business operations to aid directors
- Proactive problem-solver with exceptional design, planning and documentation skills
