We are seeking a full time Service Coordinator to join our Operations Team. This is an exciting opportunity for an organised, customer focused professional who thrives in a rapid paced environment and enjoys coordinating people, resources, and priorities to deliver exceptional service.

As our Service Coordinator, you will be the central point of contact connecting clients, field technicians, contractors and suppliers, and internal teams. You will play a pivotal role in coordinating service and installation activities, ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently and on schedule while providing an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and schedule installation and service jobs for field technicians.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing timely updates and exceptional customer service via phone and email.
- Coordinate daily field operations to ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently and on schedule.
- Liaise with technical support regarding troubleshooting, equipment requirements and hardware orders.
- Prepare and issue service quotations and assist with follow up as required.
- Support the management team with day to day operational activities.
- Coordinate resources, equipment, documentation and logistics to ensure successful job completion.
- Undertake general administration duties to support the Operations Team.

Essential Skills & Experience - To be successful in this role,



you will have:

- Previous experience in a service coordinator, operations coordinator, scheduler or similar role.
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability prioritise multiple task.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and excellent problem solving ability.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Microsoft Visio is advantageous.
- The ability to work calmly and effectively in a fast pace environment
- A proactive, positive, and team-focused approach.
- An understanding of electronic security systems, access control, CCTV, alarm systems, or basic IT networking would be highly regarded.
