An established and highly regarded developer-builder is seeking an experienced Foreman to join the team on a landmark high-rise residential project in Brisbane's CBD.

The Role

Working alongside an experienced site leadership team, you'll be responsible for driving day-to-day site operations, coordinating subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to a high standard.

Key responsibilities include:

- Coordinating and supervising subcontractors.
- Driving programme and short-term planning.
- Maintaining quality and safety standards on site.
- Managing daily site activities and resolving issues as they arise.




- Working closely with the Site Manager and Project Manager to achieve project milestones.

About You

You’ll ideally bring:

- Previous experience as a Foreman on multi-storey residential or commercial projects.
- Strong understanding of concrete structures, finishes and subcontractor management.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- A proactive, hands‑on approach to site management.
- Commitment to delivering quality outcomes.
