JOB DESCRIPTION

R&R; Cabinets, a leading provider in the cabinet making industry, is seeking a reliable and skilled CNC, Beam Saw and Edgebander Operator to join our afternoon shift production team.

As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will operate CNC machinery (including the Anderson CNC), Beam Saw and Edgebanders to fabricate and finish cabinet components with precision and efficiency. Your role will also involve using your forklift licence to move materials and support production as required.

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Set up and operate CNC machinery, Beam Saw and Edgebanders according to job specifications.
- Interpret technical drawings and production paperwork.
- Monitor machinery during operation to ensure quality and production targets are achieved.
- Inspect cut panels and finished components to ensure they meet quality standards.




- Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on equipment.
- Utilise a forklift to handle materials and assist with warehouse duties as required.
- Work effectively as part of a team.
- Be reliable and punctual.
- Lift up to 15kg.
- Adhere to all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL

- Previous experience operating CNC, Beam Saw and/or Edgebander machinery.
- Demonstrate a robust work ethic and commitment to producing high-quality cabinetry.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot machinery issues.
- Ability to communicate effectively and follow instructions.
- Adapt quickly to changing production priorities.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail and workmanship.
- Experience in the cabinet making or joinery industry is highly regarded.

QUALIFICATIONS

- Previous experience operating CNC, Beam Saw and/or Edgebander machinery in a manufacturing or cabinet making environment.
- Current Forklift Licence (LF).
