Wesley Mission Queensland is seeking a Disability Support Worker to join the Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) team on a contract/casual basis. This hands-on role supports vulnerable people with disability to build independence in everyday living, under supervision by Registered Nurses.

You will provide personal care, assist with daily activities, help community access, and work as part of a supportive team to deliver person-centred, practical outcomes for residents.
