Top Disability Care Australia – Penrith NSW is seeking an experienced Disability Support Worker to join our SIL team supporting a young man with Autism Level 3, intellectual disability, epilepsy and complex behavioural support needs.

You will work 1:1 to develop independence, participate in the community, build daily living skills and implement proactive behaviour support strategies within a structured setting.
