approximately 160 properties

Your role
You'll take ownership of a well-maintained portfolio of around 160 residential properties, managing them end-to-end with plenty of support behind you.
This is a business that believes Property Managers should be supported not stretched.
What we're looking for
2 + years' experience as a Residential Property Manager
VIC Agents Representative Certificate
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Solid attention to detail and great organisational skills
Positive, proactive attitude with a genuine passion for real estate
Reliable, skilled and enjoys working in a team
