Full Time Educator – Golden Seeds Early Learning Narrabeen

We’re looking for a passionate, enthusiastic Diploma qualified Educator to join our team full time. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who genuinely loves early learning, thrives in a team environment, and is excited to bring creativity, care, and professionalism into everyday practice.

We’re a passionate and values-driven early learning community on Sydney’s Northern Beaches. At our purpose-built, 64-place centre, we welcome children aged 6 weeks to 6 years into an environment that fosters deep connections, lifelong learning, and meaningful play.

About the Role

As a Diploma Educator,



you will play a key role in creating a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning workplace that supports each child’s development and wellbeing. You’ll work collaboratively with the team to deliver high-quality early education aligned with the EYLF and the National Quality Framework.

Key Responsibilities

- Build warm, respectful, and secure relationships with children and families
- Plan, implement, and reflect on developmentally appropriate learning experiences
- Support children’s learning through play-based and intentional teaching practices
- Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating learning environment
- Contribute to observations, documentation, and programming
- Work collaboratively with the team to meet centre goals and quality standards
- Follow all policies and procedures, including child protection and health & safety

About You

- Holds a Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care
- Has a genuine passion for early childhood education
- Is reliable, motivated, and brings positive energy to the team
- Communicates professionally with children, families, and colleagues
- Is flexible and willing to support the operational needs of the centre
- Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care
- Valid Working With Children Check
- Current First Aid, Anaphylaxis & Asthma certificates
- Knowledge of the EYLF and NQF
