Marketing Assistant – Menswear Apparel (Australia)

About the Role

We're looking for a proactive and highly organised Marketing Assistant to support the execution of brand campaigns, retail initiatives, and digital marketing activity. This is a dynamic, hands-on role that plays a critical part in keeping the marketing engine running - from admin and coordination, to content creation and editing , to retail rollouts.

You’ll work closely with the Marketing Manager, creative teams, retail operations, and external partners to help bring campaigns to life across all channels.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign & Project Support

- Assist with the planning, coordination, and rollout of 360° marketing campaigns across digital, retail, social, and ecommerce
- Coordinate delivery of marketing assets to stores and internal teams
- Support in managing timelines, campaign trackers, and shoot schedules

Sample & Shoot Coordination

- Manage and track product samples across marketing, creative, and product functions
- Support ecommerce and campaign shoot production — from booking talent and locations to preparing shoot documents, organising catering and assisting on set
- Assist with model casting, helping source and coordinate the right talent for shoots and campaigns
- Organise packing, transport, and return of samples

Social Media Support

- Execute content plans in social media scheduling using publishing tools
- Create and edit social-first content — including photos, videos,



and short-form edits for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
- Support community management by monitoring comments, DMs, and audience engagement
- Assist with influencer sourcingand coordinate influencer send-outs or ambassador product requests

Marketing Administration

- Track and process invoices, raising POs and reconciling spend against budget
- Maintain marketing folders, trackers, and supplier contacts
- Organise weekly WIPs, meetings, and calendar invites for the marketing team

Retail Marketing Support

- Coordinate the retail marketing asset rollout to 200+ stores including POS, window signage, and promotional materials
- Liaise with print partners and logistics to ensure timely delivery of marketing assets
- Support execution of local area marketing or shopping centre activations

What You'll Bring

- 1–2 years' experience in a marketing or administrative support role (internship or retail brand experience a bonus)
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and follow-through
- A can-do attitude and willingness to roll up your sleeves
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)
- Confidence creating and editing content , with experience using CapCut (or similar tools) a strong plus
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe Suite or other content tools is a plus
- Confident communicator, able to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines
- Passion for fashion, retail, and marketing
