An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Legal Secretary to provide dedicated support to a busy legal practice.
This role offers a diverse workload across a range of commercial matters and would suit a proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being at the centre of a team's day-to-day operations.
Your new role
Managing complex diaries and coordinating travel arrangements
Preparing, formatting and proofreading legal documents and correspondence
Liaising with clients and internal stakeholders professionally and confidently
Managing electronic files and document systems
Assisting with billing, trust accounting and other financial administration
Supporting court filing and document lodgement processes




Providing general administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the practice
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience in a Legal Secretary, Legal Assistant or similar professional services support role
Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word
Experience using document management and billing systems
The ability to manage competing priorities and support multiple stakeholders
Strong written and verbal communication skills
