Experienced Disability Support Worker – Complex & Community Supports

We are seeking reliable and compassionate Disability Support Workers to support NDIS participants across, Mortdale, Earlwood, Granville, Guildford, Chester Hill, Regents Park and Liverpool.

This is a community-based, in-person role supporting participants in their homes and in the community.

Valid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle

Previous NDIS support experience, including medication assistance, hoist use, manual handling, diabetes management, and behaviour support

Confident using technology (smartphone, apps, GPS, ShiftCare, and electronic documentation)

Experience using ShiftCare is preferred but not essential

Certificate III in Individual Support, Disability, or a related qualification preferred

Duties include:

- Personal care, domestic assistance and meal preparation, behavioral support, medication assistance
- Community access, appointments and social activities
- Supporting independence and NDIS goals
- Completing timely shift notes and following support plans




- Maintaining professional standards and NDIS Code of Conduct

Mandatory Documents:

- Working with children check (with expiry)
- NDIS worker check (with expiry)
- First Aid & CPR (with expiry)
- Car Registration (with expiry)
- Car Insurance (CTP) (with expiry)
- Current Driver's License (with expiry)
- 100 Points of ID (Passport/Birth Certificate, Photo ID or Medicare card)
- Australia Working Rights/Visa Documentation (if applicable)
- Right to Work Check

Optional / Preferred Documents:

- Vaccinations (Preferred)
- Police Check (Required - must be obtained within last 2 years)
- Any other relevant qualifications.
