About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer - Structures to join our delivery team and play a key role in the successful delivery. As a Project Engineer Structures, you'll lead engineering coordination, manage project structural work packages, and work closely with clients, subcontractors , and site teams to deliver safe, high quality, and cost effective outcomes.

This is Hazelwood, VIC based position.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of structural work packages , temporary works, steel/concrete structures, design coordination, quality, safety, and contractual requirements.

Manage subcontractors, procurement activities, technical queries, and project documentation to support successful project delivery.

Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, providing technical leadership and resolving engineering challenges.

Champion a culture of safety, quality, continuous improvement across project teams.

Experience and Capabilities

Degree qualified Civil/Structural Engineer with 5+ years experience delivering major structural or infrastructure projects.

Strong technical capability in construction methodologies, design interpretation, subcontractor management, and project delivery.

Commercially astute with experience in planning, forecasting, cost control, and contract administration.

A proactive leader with excellent communication skills, a collaborative approach,



and a commitment to safety and quality.
