Sell crews into Sydney's data centre construction boom

Autosyn Group is a NSW workforce solutions business supplying site crews — trade assistants, offsiders, riggers, forklift operators and licensed trades — to data centre construction projects across Western Sydney.

The market speaks for itself: $50B+ of DC projects approved or underway across Sydney, head contractors and M&E; subcontractors under constant crew pressure, and install programs that can't afford a missing squad.

We're looking for a BD who already knows this world.

The role:

- Open doors with head contractors and M&E; subcontractors (construction managers, site managers, project managers) across Western Sydney

- Run the outreach engine: calls, site visits, coffees — supported by our researched target lists and marketing assets

- Convert conversations into crew orders; the director attends solution meetings with you

- Build and own the client pipeline in our CRM

You are:

- Experienced in BD for workforce solutions,



on-hire or recruitment services in construction or industrial — with existing relationships you can activate from week one

- Comfortable on site and on the phone; you'd rather visit a project than send a fifth email

- Across the basics: award rates, casual loading, WHS expectations, what a rate card looks like

- Hungry for commission — the desk is recent, the market is hot, and there's no legacy book taking your cut

The deal:

- Full-time role, $75k–$80k base + super

- Uncapped commission on the gross margin of every client you open — paid monthly, for the first 12 months of each account

- Realistic first-year OTE $110k+ once 2–3 crews are running; grows with every account you land

- You sell, we deliver: our on-hire model (labour hire) means recruitment, compliance, payroll and insurances are handled by us

- Report directly to the account manager — no layers, decisions made same-day
