About the role:





We are looking for an inspiring Team Leader to join the senior leadership team and support an exceptional group of therapists. In this hybrid role, you’ll be a mix of clinician, leader, and project creator—guiding the team while actively contributing to programs that make a real difference.

- Deliver a blend of clinical work, team supervision, and project leadership.
- Collaborate with other leaders to develop innovative services and enhance the overall client experience.

Requirements:

- Professional qualification in Speech Pathology with current SPA registration .
- Minimum 5 years of clinical experience .
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision‑making skills.

- Current driver’s license.
