An exciting prospect has become available for an experienced Business Development Manager or a high-performing Property Manager looking to transition into a dedicated BDM role with Ray White Glenroy.

Supported by an established database and approximately 60 new leads every month, you'll have the opportunity to focus on what you do best—winning new business and growing the rent roll while being rewarded with one of the most attractive commission structures in the market.

Whether you're already an accomplished BDM or a Property Manager with strong business development experience, this role offers the platform to maximise your earning potential within a supportive and successful team.

- Earn 50–85% of the letting fee as commission, depending on the number of properties listed.

About You

- Previous experience as a Business Development Manager, or a successful Property Manager with business development exposure.
