ArborMaster is a leading arbor retailer and is looking for someone to assist with it's pick and pack, order processing, communicating to our customers via email and phone and ensuring products are ordered, dispatched and received by our customers.

Qualifications

- Experience in pick and pack and freighting products.
- Experience in dealing with freight companies and booking freight.
- Excellent written communication skills. (i.e.:



spelling and grammar)
- Ability to talk clearly and confidently on the phone.
- IT competency in excel, word and google docs.
- A love for work, be industrious and enjoy being part of a team.
- Minimum of 1-2 years in pick and pack and freighting.

Responsibilities

- Taking orders, pick and packing orders and shipping orders.
- Checking emails and replying to customers regarding their order.
- Communicating with freight companies and booking freight and handling freight queries if they arise.
- Using our inventory system to ensure stock is current.

Hours of work

- Total hours: 30 hours per week (full time)
- Days: Monday to Friday
