About the Role
As our Australian business continues to grow, we're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Appointment Setter to join our sales team at our Belrose head office.
In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective customers, speaking with people who have enquired about our products, understanding their needs, and arranging in-home consultations for our Sales Consultants. Your ability to build rapport, communicate confidently and deliver an outstanding customer experience will play an important role in our continued success.
The Role
- Identify and overcome both obvious and hidden objections to set appointments for the field sales team.
- Explain the Acorn products and services to clients in a positive and clear way
- Build strong rapport with both clients and colleagues
- Manage our surveyors’ daily schedules and exchange client information. Updating reports as necessary and ensuring accurate information is entered.
- Review pre-appointment notes and identify possible selling opportunities.
- Assist with other office duties that may arise
About You
- Has previous experience in appointment setting, telesales or a customer-focused sales role.
- Is confident communicating with people from all walks of life.
- Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Is motivated by achieving targets and earning uncapped commission.
- Has excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Enjoys working as part of a supportive, high-performing team.

- Competitive base salary plus a generous commission structure. You will be realistically looking at an OTE of A$90K after training
