Recruitment Select is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee engineered-to-order projects for a manufacturing client based in Benalla.

*Please note that this is a role that requires you to be on site - so you must be living in the Benalla region or willing to travel daily to be considered.

This position is a temporary 6-month contract. You will be required to work full-time hours Monday-Friday.

In this role, you will manage projects from order through to delivery, acting as the key point of contact for customers and internal teams. You'll ensure timelines, production, and project milestones stay on track across engineering, supply chain, and operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end project delivery
- Coordinate internal teams and communicate with customers
- Track project timelines, milestones, and risks
- Monitor engineering, procurement, and production progress
- Maintain project data and documentation




- Capture minutes of meetings and communicate factory commitments to the customer
- Follow progress on the drawings generated by the Engineering team and transfer them to customer
- Support customer visits and project reviews
- Participate to regular project review meetings with other support functions
- Assist the administration of the project in many forms (compiling documentation, updating asset management database, etc
- Other 'as they come' reactive actions to keep deliveries on track

About You

- Solid communication and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and solve problems
- Experience in engineered-to-order or similar environments (desirable)

A drug and alcohol screening and Police check will be required as part of the onboarding process.
