We’re now looking for a Designer to join our Northern Beaches team—someone who thrives on turning ideas into tangible, high-impact experiences

What You’ll Do

Create compelling 3D designs and presentation-ready renders

Specify materials, develop project costings, and source finishes

Produce detailed fabrication and installation drawings

Oversee on-site installations and solve challenges in real time

Manage projects end-to-end—from concept sketch to show floor

Juggle multiple projects in a rapid-paced, creative environment





What You’ll Bring

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a comparable role

Hands-on experience in exhibition, spatial, or experiential design

Strong 3D modelling and visualisation skills (MicroStation preferred)

Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop

A solid understanding of cabinetry and custom stand construction

A sharp creative eye paired with practical problem-solving skills

Team work and excellent communication skills

Permanent work rights in Australia

This is an in-office role not WFH.

We are located in Cromer NSW 2099. Please consider your ability to commute to and from this location before applying.

Salary will be based on skills and experience.
