This position is perfect for an experienced Assistant Property Manager looking to take the next step in their career, or a Property Manager wanting to step away from portfolio management while remaining an integral part of a high-performing Property Management team.
You'll play a key role in preparing newly secured properties for tenancy, ensuring every property is presented, compliant and ready for a seamless handover to the Property Management team.
This is a unique opportunity to focus on the operational side of Property Management without the stress of managing a portfolio, conducting leasing activities or handling administration.
Your responsibilities will include: As the Recent Tenancy Coordinator, you'll take ownership of the onboarding process for newly secured managements and ensure everything is in place before the tenancy begins.
- Completing thorough Entry Condition Reports
- Coordinating key collection and file pickup
- Ensuring properties are tenancy-ready
- Arranging maintenance and repairs where required
- Liaising with trades and service providers
- Updating and maintaining CRM records
- Attending property photography appointments before marketing
- Working closely with the BDM and Property Management teams
- Coordinating the smooth handover of properties once tenancy-ready
What this role is not:
- No portfolio management
- No leasing responsibilities
- No routine inspections
- No administration, supported by a dedicated VA team

- Current QLD Real Estate Certificate
- Previous experience within Real Estate or Property Management
