Senior Service Coordinator | Plumbing Operations

Robina | Gold Coast

$42–$48 per hour + Super (Negotiable for the right person)

Permanent Part-Time (25–35 hours per week), with the opportunity to increase to Full-Time as the business grows.

Plumbing Bros Burleigh Waters is looking for an experienced Service Coordinator to become the operational heartbeat of our growing maintenance plumbing business.

This isn't a typical administration role.

We're looking for someone who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems and keeping a busy operation running smoothly. You'll work closely with our CEO and Operations Manager to ensure exceptional customer service and efficient workflow across the business.

About the Role

You will become the central point between our customers, plumbers and office team.

Your role is to ensure every job progresses smoothly from the initial enquiry through to completion.

This is a role for someone who enjoys making decisions, thinking ahead and taking ownership.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage incoming phone calls and emails
- Create and schedule jobs in Ascora
- Coordinate technicians and daily workflow
- Keep customers updated throughout their jobs




- Prepare and follow up quotations
- Obtain customer approvals
- Liaise with plumbers throughout the day
- Coordinate return visits
- Manage shared inboxes
- Process timesheets
- Maintain accurate customer records
- Ensure nothing falls through the cracks

What We're Looking For

Ideally you'll have experience within:

- Plumbing
- Electrical
- Air Conditioning (HVAC)
- Building Maintenance
- Trade Services

You’ll also have:

- Outstanding customer service skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Strong communication
- High attention to detail
- Confidence managing multiple priorities
- A proactive attitude
- The ability to remain calm under pressure
- A genuine desire to take ownership

Experience with Ascora or similar job management software will be highly regarded.

- Own the day-to-day office workflow
- Deliver exceptional customer communication
- Keep jobs progressing efficiently
- Reduce interruptions to our Operations Manager
- Allow our CEO to focus on growing the business
