team in Sydney.

The Role
Advise clients on a broad range of technology and commercial transactions.
Draft and negotiate technology,



outsourcing, software licensing, cloud services, telecommunications, and digital infrastructure agreements.
Provide advice on privacy, cyber security, data governance, and emerging technology issues.
Work closely with clients on strategic technology projects and digital transformation initiatives.
Collaborate with colleagues across national and international offices on cross-border matters.
Deliver commercially focused legal advice while building strong client relationships.
Ideal Candidate
2–4 years' post-admission experience
in technology transactions, commercial technology, telecommunications, privacy, cyber, or related commercial law.
Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Excellent commercial judgement and a practical approach to problem-solving.
Robust communication and client relationship management skills.
A collaborative mindset with a genuine interest in developing a career in technology and digital law.
Australian practising certificate preferred.
